Common Questions
Quick Answers Before You Bring It In
This FAQ is a draft covering our general buy, sell & trade policies. Final pricing and condition details will be confirmed before we open.
Q1
How does selling my LEGO work?
Bring in your sets, minifigures, or bulk bricks and we’ll sort and evaluate them on the spot. You can choose cash or store credit — store credit is typically offered at a higher rate than cash, since it goes right back into growing your collection.
Q2
What condition does my LEGO need to be in?
We accept complete sets and loose pieces in good, clean, playable condition. Sets don’t need original boxes or instructions (we can usually print or look those up), but pieces should be free of excessive marker, sticker residue, cracks, or heavy wear.
Q3
What don’t you accept?
We can’t take broken or heavily damaged pieces, sets with missing critical parts, non-LEGO/off-brand bricks, or anything visibly mildewed or unsafe. If you’re not sure, bring it in — we’re happy to take a look.
Q4
Do you buy bulk loose bricks, not just full sets?
Yes — bulk bricks are welcome. We sort and grade bulk by weight and quality, and it’s one of the easiest ways to clean out a bin and walk away with cash or credit.
Q5
Do you buy minifigures?
Absolutely. Complete, undamaged minifigures — including rare or retired ones — are always in demand.
Q6
Can I trade instead of selling?
Yes — trade-ins are one of the most popular ways to shop with us. Bring in what you’ve outgrown and put the value straight toward something new.
Still Have Questions?
Stop by the shop and ask us in person — we’re always happy to talk LEGO.
